Frequently asked.
The short answers. For anything else, the phone is always fastest.
How does a visit work?
You call or text 954.670.3184 to schedule. We cover your location, timing, and any specific tests on the phone — never on a web form. A licensed concierge phlebotomist arrives at your home, office, hotel, or yacht, and the draw takes about fifteen minutes. Your sample is transported to the laboratory under chain of custody, and results are delivered to you or your physician.
Which areas do you serve?
OneStickUSA serves Florida’s east coast from Hobe Sound to Fisher Island — including Palm Bay, Port St. Lucie, Jupiter Island, Palm Beach Island, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, Parkland, Coral Springs, and Miami. Locations beyond the core area, such as Naples, the Keys, and the Treasure Coast, are quoted on request.
Do you take insurance?
OneStickUSA’s mobile collection fee is cash-pay. Lab processing fees may be billable to insurance through TrufaMED Urgent Care if you have an in-network plan — ask when you call. Direct-access lab panels and the Galleri screening are self-pay.
Can I pay with my HSA or FSA?
Yes — we accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards, alongside cash, check, credit, debit, and digital wallets. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds for mobile blood draws, lab panels, and screenings. Whether a particular service is an eligible expense is set by your plan administrator, not by us, so check with them if you are unsure. We are glad to provide an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
How much does a mobile blood draw cost?
A mobile blood draw is $125–$275 depending on location; therapeutic phlebotomy is $175. Lab fees are billed separately at TrufaMED’s discounted self-pay rates.
Is there a charge for travel?
Yes — a distance surcharge applies to visits far from our core service area. That includes the far edges of the coverage map, such as Hobe Sound, Jupiter Island, and Fisher Island, as well as any location beyond it — Naples, the Keys, the Treasure Coast. The charge is determined by distance and appointment location, and it applies to blood draws, IV visits, and membership visits alike. You will always hear the number on the call before anything is booked; it is never added afterward.
Will Alicia personally do my draw?
Members of The Bloodwork, The Family, The Drip, and The Elite are seen by Alicia personally for their blood draws. Non-member draws are handled by Alicia or one of her trained phlebotomists. Requesting Alicia personally for a non-member visit is available by inquiry. IV visits are a separate matter of scope — infusions are always administered by a licensed registered nurse on the team.
Who administers the IV?
A licensed registered nurse (RN). Every OneStickUSA drip — from the Myers Cocktail to the Niagen IV — is started and monitored by an RN on Alicia’s team, under standing medical authorization. Blood draws are performed by Alicia or one of her trained phlebotomists; infusions are always a nurse’s work. Your nurse reviews the drip with you before it runs and stays for the infusion.
Why don’t your forms ask about my health?
By design. OneStickUSA never collects health or medical details on the website. All health-related information is gathered over a private phone call, so your information stays off the internet entirely. See our Notice of Privacy Practices for details.
Does OneStickUSA order or interpret tests?
No. We collect the sample and ensure chain of custody. We do not order tests, diagnose, or interpret results — that is between you and your physician. Tests like Galleri require a physician’s order, which you bring to the visit.
Where are samples processed?
Blood specimens are processed at TrufaMED Urgent Care, an independent, Joint Commission–accredited, moderate complexity laboratory operating under its own license. The Galleri test is processed by GRAIL at its CLIA-certified laboratory in California.
Is the visit confidential?
Confidentiality is standard practice on every visit. Non-disclosure agreements are signed on request — bring your own, or we’ll sign yours.
Ask Alicia directly.
Phone or text is fastest — she answers between visits, or returns calls within the hour. Health details are covered on the call, never on this form.
