Privacy Policy.

What this website collects, what it doesn't, and what we do with the little it does.

Effective date · January 1, 2026

The short version: this website does not collect health information. It collects what we need to call you back — your name, your phone, your email, your city, and a note about a good time to reach you. That's it.

01 — Scope

What this policy covers.

This Privacy Policy describes how OneStickUSA collects, uses, and protects information through onestickusa.com. It does not cover information you share with us by phone, text, or any HIPAA-compliant intake channel we send you — that information is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices.

02 — What we collect

A short list.

Through our website callback forms, we collect only the information you choose to provide:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your city or ZIP code
  • Your preferred time for a callback
  • An optional free-text note (we ask you not to include health details there — we cover those over the phone)

We also receive standard technical information that any web server records: your IP address, the type of device and browser you're using, the pages you visited on our site, and the date and time of your visit. We do not link this information to any individual identity.

03 — What we do not collect

Health information.

This website does not collect protected health information (PHI). We do not ask for the tests you'd like drawn, your conditions, your medications, your physician's order, or anything else that would identify you in connection with your healthcare. Those details are collected separately — by phone, text, or a HIPAA-compliant intake link sent after your initial contact.

This is a deliberate design choice. Our website is hosted on infrastructure without a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), so we have built the site so that no health information ever touches it.

04 — How we use what we collect

To call you back.

We use the information you submit through this website to:

  • Return your call or message about scheduling a visit.
  • Send you information you've requested (e.g., a panel menu for direct-access lab testing).
  • Improve the website itself — understanding which pages people read and what is most useful.

We do not send marketing emails or text messages without your explicit opt-in. We do not sell your information.

05 — Cookies and analytics

The small ones.

We may use standard web analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics or Plausible) to understand how visitors find and use the site. These tools may set cookies in your browser to recognize repeat visitors. They are configured not to receive any PHI and not to combine your visit data with identifiable personal information.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Doing so does not affect your ability to contact us or schedule a visit.

06 — How we share your information

Very rarely, and never for marketing.

We share the information you submit on our website only in these limited circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us operate the site and respond to inquiries (for example, our email and hosting providers). These providers are contractually obligated to handle your information securely.
  • When required by law, court order, or other legal process.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of OneStickUSA, our clients, or others.

We do not share your information with advertising networks or data brokers.

07 — Security

How we protect what we have.

All transmissions between your browser and our website are encrypted (HTTPS). Submitted form data is transmitted by encrypted email to our Privacy Officer. We retain submitted information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, and we delete it on request.

08 — Children

Not directed at minors.

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian schedules a pediatric draw, the parent is the contact of record.

09 — Your choices

What you can ask of us.

You may at any time:

  • Ask us what website information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Ask us not to contact you further.

For health information collected separately (over the phone or through a HIPAA-compliant intake link), please see our Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes your rights in greater detail.

10 — Changes

Updates to this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Significant changes will be highlighted.
